We’re at 8017 W 103rd St, Palos Hills, IL 60465, serving the Chicagoland area.
What are your store hours?
We’re open seven days a week:
Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Saturday 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Sunday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Holiday hours may differ. We post any changes on our website and Facebook page ahead of time.

What kind of store is Lassak Delicatessen?
We’re a full grocery store and an authentic European delicatessen under one roof. You’ll find your everyday essentials and fresh produce alongside a wide selection of Polish and European specialties you won’t find just anywhere.
What do you offer?

What hot foods do you make?
Our hot food case features Polish favorites such as gołąbki (stuffed cabbage), bigos (hunter’s sauerkraut), krokiety, kluski śląskie, kiszka, uszka z mięsem, klopsiki w sosie koperkowym, beef stroganoff, and more on a rotating basis.
Will the item I want be in stock?
Our hot food selection rotates, so specific dishes are not guaranteed on any given day. If you have your heart set on something in particular, give us a call before you come in and we’ll let you know what’s on the line.

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! Lassak Delicatessen gift cards are available and make a wonderful gift for anyone who loves authentic Polish food.
How do I purchase a gift card?
Gift cards are available for purchase in person at the store. Just stop by and ask any team member at the counter, and we’ll get one ready for you.
Shipping & Pickup
Do you ship orders?
Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping at this time. All of our products — including hot foods, deli items, desserts, and catering orders — are available for purchase and pickup at our Palos Hills store.
Why not?
So much of what we make is fresh and prepared in house that we’d rather hand it to you at its best than risk it in transit. We appreciate your understanding, and we look forward to seeing you in the store.
Catering & Platters
Do you cater?
We do. Lassak Delicatessen caters parties, celebrations, holidays, and gatherings of all sizes with the same homemade recipes we serve in the store.
What platter options are available?
We offer a wide range of catering platters — deli meats and cheeses, pinwheels and finger sandwiches, salad and appetizer trays, fresh fruit, stuffed jalapeños, and whole roasted centerpieces including lamb and pig. How far in advance should I order?
The sooner the better, especially around holidays and weekends. Please call us as early as you can so we can reserve your date and prepare everything fresh.
Holiday & Seasonal Offerings
Do you offer special holiday menus?
Yes. We put together seasonal menus for major holidays — our Christmas menu is a longtime favorite. Holiday menus are posted on our website and announced on Facebook as they become available.

About Us & Employment
How long have you been in business?
More than 50 years. Our family-owned business started as a small 1,000-square-foot Polish deli near 57th and South Pulaski in Chicago, where we served the neighborhood for many years before expanding to our current home in Palos Hills.
What makes Lassak different from other grocery stores?
Where else can you pick up freshly prepared European meals, homemade desserts, smoked meats, and your weekly groceries all in one stop? We built this business on love, care, and tradition — and on treating every customer courteously, respectfully, and efficiently.
